Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, but for our weekend, all the events and meals will be adult only (18+). We appreciate your understanding.

What is the weather like?

The weather in Maine in August is typically very warm. Nights might be cooler, so please pack appropriately. We recommend you check the weather.com app for Boothbay Harbor, Maine, while you pack to ensure your outfits accommodate the weather.

What is the dress code?

Welcome Brunch: Casual; be prepared for camp!

Lobster Bake: Summer cocktail.

Wedding: Summer formal.

Where do we stay?

The hotel room block we have provided for guests will be on-site at our wedding venue, Linekin Bay Resort, where all wedding events will take place all weekend.

There is enough housing for all our guests, and we will be providing you accommodation assignments and a payment link on June 1st to book your room.

You don't need to call the Resort ahead of time; we can assure you all the accommodation is reserved for our wedding weekend.

Are there pet-friendly accommodations?

Yes, there are several rustic, pet-friendly cabins! Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring your pet so we can coordinate the housing to accommodate.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking for all guests of the resort.

What is the shuttle schedule?

All events will take place on property at Linekin Bay Resort, where your accommodations are located. Everything is within walking distance, so shuttles will not be needed.

What’s the closest airport?

Boothbay Harbor is about 1 hour and 15 minutes by car from the Portland Jetport, 3 hours from Boston or Boston Logan Airport, and 6-7 hours from New York City. We recommend landing in Portland, Maine, at Jetport International and renting a car to Linekin Bay Resort.
